HR Executive [Singapore]


 

Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Administration: Monthly payroll, CPF and IRAS Submissions
  • Maintain and updates HR databases & employee information
  • Recruitment & Orientation

-Assist with placement of recruitment ads, etc., in local and foreign markets

-Source and propose for cost effective strategies to attract and hire suitable talents

-Reviewing applications, conduct interview for non-managerial position, checking references, preparing offer letters, and extending offers.

-Conducts new employee orientations, process probationary reviews, employee evaluations and terminations.

  • Policies/Project Management

-Assists the Regional Human Resources Manager on special projects as needed and help manage the process of HR policies and projects

-Assists in collaborative works with other departments to improve overall operations and maximise current capabilities

  • In charge of the office administration and maintenance.
  • Work on overseas leaders visit to Singapore. Coordinate logistic requirements such as hotel bookings, transport, arrange various meetings with internal team, customers visits, dinner reservation, etc.
  • Orders and maintains general office supplies such as beverages/condiments, office stationeries and printer toners/cartridges etc.
  • Others adhoc task assigned by Regional Human Resource Manager

Requirements:

  • Associate Degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in Human Resources Management
  • 3 to 4 years HR working experience
  • Strong communication skills (Fluent in both English and Mandarin)
  • Proficient in Excel operations, word document, power point
  • Familiar with hiring process, appraisal review and maintaining HR data
  • Self –motivated and have strong initiative to make things move and happen
  • Experience working in internet companies or mobile-based startups will be a plus

岗位要求:

  • 人力资源或企业管理相关专业,本科以上学历,国籍不限;
  • 3-5年人力资源工作经验,熟悉招聘、薪酬、绩效模块,新加坡劳动用工政策;
  • 热爱HR工作,团队合作能力强,善于沟通,善于组织资源;
  • 有互联网或软件程序行业的从业经验优先;
  • 中文和英语流利。

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
