Job Description
  • Manages all administration for KOL, Brand, and Media partnerships in a timeline manner. This includes, but not limited to, agreement letter, product shipment, payment procedures, and insight data gathering
  • Engages KOL Seeding in accordance to the Marketing OKR
  • Contribute to the Paid KOL selection: sourcing, gather insights, ratecard, and collecting 3rd party data, and brand personality assessment
  • Create and communicate briefs to KOLs and ensure excellent execution by giving sharp feedbacks in a timely manner
  • Responsible for Media and Brand partnerships from strategy, sourcing, key message identification, partnership scheme & mechanism, and execution
  • Maintain good relationships with KOLs, Brands, and Medias.
  • Sourcing and Engaging various KOL for seeding purpose.
  • Also ensuring timely delivery by coordination with Outlet Ops Team

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree, any major
  • 1 yr experience in related field (KOL & Collaborations)
  • Project Management Skill
  • Communication Skill, Time Management Skill, Teamwork Skill
