Process Planner [Luxembourg]


 

Your responsibilities:

  • · Creation of site assembly concept, procurement of offers, project resources planning and budgets estimations
  • · Conduct site inspection meeting with customers, check the Safety conditions on site and create hazards analysis (Method Statement Risk Assessment)
  • · Performing of all administrative activities in the installation department in order to support the installation management and project team.
  • · Tool management: tracking and dispensing of tools, maintenance and servicing planning, performing collective inspections, inspection documentation and new procurements
  • · Ensure that the installation works are in accordance with quality requirements
  • · Knowledge of – and commitment to – health & safety procedures in the workplace
  • · Set-up and develop and support the project structure and responsibilities on-site and supervise the project according to the health and safety regulations as required
  • · Support estimating department on installation offer cost evaluation
  • · Conduct eventual site inspections

Your profile:

  • · Qualified mechanical or electrical education with Technical or Engineering degree
  • · Minimum 10 Years working experience on construction site
  • · Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • · Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and; French or German
  • · Knowledge of any other language is a benefit
  • · Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • · Willingness to travel worldwide
  • · We expect social competences and teamwork
  • · Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • · Strong company spirit
