We’re looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team!
The Salesforce Solution Architect will be a key player in our organization, responsible for the design and implementation of high-quality, scalable Salesforce solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business processes and technology, with a solid understanding of the Salesforce platform. The Solution Architect will work with stakeholders to understand their business needs, identify and design suitable Salesforce solutions, and work with a team of developers to implement these solutions.

- Leading the design and implementation of well-architected Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborating with development teams, product owners, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and design solutions that meet those requirements.
- Collaborating with defining the technical roadmap for the project.
- Communicating technical designs and decisions to stakeholders.
- Acting as a technical leader and subject matter expert.
- Providing guidance and support to administrators and developers.
- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce products, features and technologies, and incorporate them into the solution design as applicable.
- Researching Salesforce clouds, products and best practices.
- Developing and maintaining technical documentation.
- Leveraging technical expertise to guide and mentor junior team members, increasing overall team competency and performance.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect credentials preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, empathize, and understand client needs.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, best practices, and limitations.
- Comprehensive knowledge in diverse Salesforce domains, including but not limited to AppExchange, Process Automation, and Data Management.
- Experience with various Salesforce Clouds such as Sales, Service, Experience, and Marketing.
- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Component Framework, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Solid experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience with Agile Methodologies.
