5* Lodge in the Serengeti is looking for an experienced and guest orientated Lodge Manager.
Experience required:
At least 3 – 5 years Management experience in a 5-star boutique operation
Lodge and Camp management experience

Duties include:
Overall management including operations, guest experience, R&M, kitchen, financial and staff management and development
Direct line management responsibility for the senior management team and indirectly for a team of staff
Budget and forecast creation
Human capital management and staff development
Infrastructure - development and maintenance of all infrastructure
IT
Security
Healthcare
Environmental health
Logistics
Government – liaison with local, regional and national Government and relevant stakeholders
Conservation – working in conservation and community projects and partnerships arrangements
Sustainability
Risk Assessment
Lodge Marketing
Must be willing to travel to and from the various camps and Lodges
