This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure. Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project. Your responsibilities will include: • Implementing the information management systems at precinct level. • Implementing and managing PPC quality progressing system. • Liaising daily with the Mace DP delivery team to maintaining excellent IM performance on the programme. • Providing feedback toward continual improvement of IMS. • Implementing a documentation audit programme, including the management of the findings. • Producing regular information management reports as per project requirements and IM KPIs, including associated recommendations and action plans in managing risks and issues. • Managing the IM performance of consultants (i.e. LDC, CSC, specialists and etc.) and contractors, including setting and monitoring of the standards and the necessary quality and information management inductions/training. • Conducting regular analysis of IM performance metrics. • Establishing efficient issues management processes for timely closure of the issues, thus avoiding unnecessary delays in the progress. • Advocating the information and quality management best practices and continuous improvement. • Overseeing consultant’s and contractor’s IM processes and performance.
Requirements
About you With a relevant degree qualification, you will take personal development seriously and be chartered or pursuing a similar level of professional qualification. You have proven experience in information management at scale and in complex environments. You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams.
