Antal International is looking for Open World Designer with possibity to cooperate Full-Remotely or On-site.

Open World Designer
As a valuable member of the team, your responsibilities will include:
- Owning designated game areas and ensuring their high-quality delivery.
- Designing in-game communities and open world activities aligned with the director's vision.
- Prototyping and scripting encounters to refine gameplay feel for specific open world systems.
- Crafting clear and cohesive design documents for game mechanics and systems, fine-tuning them for maximum fun and satisfaction.
- Collaborating closely with Programming, Animation, Modeling, Art, Quest, and Level Design teams.
- Cultivating an environment that encourages open dialogue and welcomes innovative ideas.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as an open world/living world/quest/mission designer.
- Experience in designing open world content.
- Familiarity with various visual scripting tools/languages.
- Positive attitude and proactive approach.
- Strong command of English, as our work is conducted entirely in this language.
- Genuine passion for video games, accompanied by knowledge of the latest titles and industry trends, particularly in relation to Open World sRPGs.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in contributing to the development of shipped AAA titles, ideally with at least one Open World RPG.
- Experience in level design.
